AeroStitch, sent us the wrong size pants before Christmas. When Denise called them and told them what they had done, they shipped the right size pants to us before the wrong sized pants had even left our house. That way we didn't have to pay for shipping. I don't think most company's are that trusting. As Steve Carlton said they will work with you on getting the right size for the type of bike your riding , sport or touring. Good Luck.
