Hey, people keep rebuilding in Kalifornia after a mudslide wipes their 5 million dollar home off a cliff or an earthquake swallows their shiit up whole....so why not in new orleans.
The weather may suck here in the rustbelt, but at least mother nature is not constantly trying to efff us up. LOL.
