I was one of the good ones. I was given a management award (and $$$) after 3 months. I was put incharge of the "others" and there were some doosies. Like the guy who was spent most of his time trying to figure out how to order musical equipment for his band, and charge the company, then skip.
Or the guy that would throw up if you gave him too much work.
Or the Korean guy (Dung Lam!) who didn't have enough space on the hard-disk for his computer and deleted the windows sub-dir. "Mr. Tomlinson, my computer isn't working."
I'd say it's 50/50 and the ratio from about is about right (1 good, 2 OK, 1 bad).
