Just brought on an intern - this guy I hand picked from one of my classes. He is a great kid and pretty darn bright. I hope this works out - if his project works it will mean another bump of 10% in overall sales. Pure justification to bring him on board full time at some point. He does require direction though smart, he lacks the field savvy that only comes with bruises and grey whiskers.
