I think Lake's got it right. Even if these guys were in a "club" or rough neighborhood or whatever, it appears the shooter sprayed the limo with total disregard for who it hit. Probably could have just as easily hit the driver. Senseless - period.

I also completely agree with the nonsense on gun-control. When is the last time a guy was going to buy a gun under a bridge and then suddenly thought to himself, "wait a minute, I can't buy and carry this, I don't have a permit."
