I wonder why he bothered to post the COA due to its lack of applicability. From what's posted, there's nothing wrong with this car. In fact, based on what I've learned on Pelican over the last 2 years, this could be a real nice hot rod. Me - I'd rather it had MFI, but other than that, I'd consider it. Still, I'm puzzled by the inclusion of the COA.
