That my 42R fits well except pulling in the shoulders while in a crouched position. My plan is to order another 42R, but with 'Back Panel Ellipse' & 'Additional Forward Rotated Sleeves' options. When I call Aerostich I plan to ask about the 'Roadcrafter Mid Gusset' to allow some extra room for a Bohn back protector.

You're on the right track, I was in exactly the same boat as you! But I actually first ordered a 44S and found it to be brutal on my K1200S with pulling on the shoulders. So I called aerostich again and went over the sizing one more, and ended up getting a 42R with Additional Forward Rotated Sleeves option .... Its perfectamondo!! Fits like a glove
Except the K12S is gone and now I'm on this beauty!!
