911210 should be a 1972 coupe. Check the right side of the parts car for an oil door similar to the gas door on the left front fendr. It is a one off year feature.
As far as using a 915 in the SWB car, you should do a search (upper right button) for threads on SWB-915 conversions. There should be lots of reading. Might be easier to fix the parts car than convert the SWB to fit the 915. I've never done it but there is a lot to it from what I've seen discussed here.
Nice problem to have if the purchase price for the whole lot is worth it.
You could always sell the 915 trans and find a SWB 901 trans to work for you.
