Actually, the Fed's are pretty damn active on this. The problem is there are so damn many predators that the Fed's have to prioritize. --Just look how easy Dateline has . .season after season. . . ."have you seen this show? --uhh yeah." (stoooooPid)
The internet has really changed the 'access' game. The parents may want to take responsibility here.
What I find odd are the cops outside, at the end, with the guns drawn. Geeze, ya'd think the guy stole a PS3, or something.
