I suspect the insurance company will offer you ~45Kish +- (looked at Kelley Blue Book) with some kind of buy back option on the car. Since I would really like the engine, trans, and brakes off that car I might be able to make your accident not such a bad deal.
Seriously, if you want to make some sort of deal on the remains let me know. I now feel like some sort of ambulence chasing attourney ... but I am just a low life engineer who would really like the remains if you dont.
