Ohhh Lubby...I got U now...all U have mentioned are on the inside, they love you and are SUBJECTIVE. A Thearpist gives you an outsiders view, which is MORE OBJECTIVE. Nothing being perfect (my disclaimer)
Thearpy is like looking in the mirror and the mirror talking back, you talk and talk and things bubble to the surface which are revealing. What the Thearpist does is guide the conversation, pushing you in the right direction.
