I have to agree with Wayne on this one. This is a parts car. It is too far gone to be financially viable as a street car and the targa roof ruins it for the track.
Not only are Ferrari parts expensive, they are getting hard to find. Things we take for granted that we can buy for a 911 aren't easy to find. Two years ago, I had a hard time finding even the simplest things, like stock OEM shocks and brake rotors for my 328. I've spent $30k on it since then and it looks new, unlike this one. Imagine what you could spend sorting out this car.
