Thanks for the replies, I'll get those belts done asap, Sounds like a Saturday job for me and a friend but we should be able to do it. I might as well go ahead and do the water-pump at the same time, the 944 turbo water-pump is the best option correct?
As surprising as it sounds the car really does have 40k, not 140k. The suspension components are in way to good a shape to have seen 140k and the car has been sitting around for a good while broke thanks to some idiot leaving the drain plug out of the transmission.

You were right about the sunroof drains being clogged razorback, the previous owner unclogged them before he sold me the car so no worries there. I have a feeling those belts and waterpump are going to be a whole bucket of fun to replace...
