Well, you could say that 9/11 was a great success for Bin Laden and his crowd.

After all, they suckered Bush into another Vietnam--a bottomless pit of squandered taxpayer dollars with no end in sight. It must be a delight to watch your enemy shoot himself in the foot.

$400 billion? Funny how those SOBs in Washington are so stingy when it comes to health care, which is going thru the roof in costs, prescription drugs (let the public pay top dollar) and other "socialized" services. That kind of money could solve all these problems plus social security. But hell, that's "domestic" spending for the taxpayer. Have to cut that.

Just think of all the dough they would have saved keeping Saddam in power and Iran neutralized.
