I'm afraid that is easier said than done, Stuart. It seems no matter who rises to the top of the U.S. military/industrial complex, they feel the need to pick a fight with some one. Or at least stick their noses into some one else's. How else to feed the machine?
I honestly feel we have reached the point here, in the U.S., that anyone outside of that circle is unnelectable to our higher offices. That's where the biggest money is concentrated. That big money will see to it that our only choices remain one of theirs. It will take a herculean effort on the part of the American people to oust them once and for all. I'm no longer sure we are up to it.
