Found this on macosxhints.com:
With the printer connected to the PC and printer sharing turned on in XP, go to
http://localhost:631 on the iBook. This will give you access to Cups application. In that application, choose Add Printer, and follow the explanations. Choose a Windows Samba Printer when prompted.
