I'm hedging on health care and anything related to the aging population. I've been in some sector specific funds for a couple years now and have done extremely well. I'm also looking (though haven't jumped in yet...) at the non-health care industries that cater to the older demographic - kinda along the lines of Motion's suggestion on the retirement community.

I don't really go to the micro level tho, other than to look at a few properties in my neighborhood that have the flip potential.
