Pat sees a map with the same color spots on China and the USA, and he concludes that China is a polluter and the USA is not. He has some special abilities that us common scientists do not possess.
What I know is that China has plans for using peeble bed nuclear reactors, a much safer technology for building multiple small nuclear power plants, which will on the long term avoid the use of coal burning power plants.
