Help with ID'ing an old arcade game

I have a question that will rock the very foundation of the universe! I just got this email from an old friend who is in a desperate situation...HELP PLEASE!
"Help me! I’m going nuts!! What was the name of that old arcade game where you pushed ice cubes around to squash the bad guys. It was kind of like pacman. The player was a penguin and when you made it to the next level it would show you a string of penguins dancing to the 9th symphony?"
