- Remove air hoses from motor
- Remove motor of engine compartment (1 Clamp plus electrical connector)
- Unscrew fan blade ring (13 mm nut, I think)
- Separate motor from sheet metal (3 small screws)
- Beware of any washers etc. to put back in same order.
- Unscrew motor front end from housing (2 screws)
- Pull rotor out of housing- careful, not to loose any washers
There might be a fixation ring on the axle which has to be removed first (I don't remember exaxtly)
- Clean everything with brake cleaner and compressed air (! lots of metal flakes if your bearings are nearly shot!)
- lube bearing at bottom of housing and at motor front end (graphite?)
- Assemble in reverse order

Its a bit tricky because of the strong magnet, but not a tough job.

Good luck,

jens
