How many acres? What's the house like? Was it well maintained? It's one thing to let the grounds go a bit wild, but old homes need protection from weather. Our house is ~140 yrs old and has been through a few good owner/bad owner cycles. Makes it interesting... never know what you'll find when you open up a wall.
