Rents in the neighborhoods around the UW go for 1000-1400 for townhouses and small houses.
I have a small house that rents for $1200- small 800sqft 2 bedrooms,one bath place one blk off the Burke Gilman Blvd. It rents in one day usually as its nice and in a great area close to the UW, University Village Mall etc.
