So, did you receive the ticket? Meaning, is this legit? If so, I'd suggest paying up. A weird one came up on a talk show here...an Oregon trucker, drives tankers locally, was threatened by NY state with license suspension of his commercial license for not paying the fines of several trucking tickets. Now get this...this guy has never been East of the Mississippi in his life, was in Oregon on the dates of all the NY tickets. He can prove this from his employer. Obviously a case of ID theft...somebody out there using his ID to drive trucks carrying volatile materials. "Hello? Homeland Security???"
