I would use enamel reducer. Then wash immedietely afterwards.

If that doesn't work carefully try Automotive grade Laquer thinner. s mentioned the quicker you get to it the better.

Be careful as centerline paint may contain very small plastic beads to enhance reflection. Try to keep rubbing to a minimum.
