so wise guy, since you always want to start crap w/me, i'll give you a little advice.............the people you want to speak with are no longer called the U.S. BORDER PATROL. thats is now encompassed by its new moniker...........ICE. immigration/customs/enforcement. i would get on their website and start looking for a contact, that may be able to help you. just paying the fine is now a MOOT POINT! ie. even turning yourself in and offering to pay fine on the spot is going to get you jailed and you will find out all about the american judicial system and get your very own "day in court." and that will be FEDERAL COURT! not some rinky-dink county or po-dunk city court in oregon.
in america it is ALWAYS BEST if you want to be a criminal , to do things on a FEDERAL SCALE! the accomadations/food/prison dress etc. is always on a finer scale than say a city/county/state prison. so jorian you have reached the BIG TIME in your infinite wisdom, by failing to pay your fine which now has worked itself due to your inattention,/brilliance into FAILURE TO APPEAR. which now places you in the BIG LEAGUES, as far as smart criminal minds.

your name/birthdate/description/ on the day your case went to court and YOU failed to appear, has now gone into a hollowed spot in the NCIS computer and will not be removed without one hell of alot of work on your part.

i have been crossing the border into mexico for many many many years now. when you approach the u.s. border, there is a camera thats taking video of you in your car. the agent looks at his screen and punches in your plate number. then he asks for I.D. since NOW YOU ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO HAVE A NEW PASSPORT, he then looks for wants and warrants on the COMPUTER FROM HELL! when your name comes rolling up blinking in bright RED, that you are a FELON................lots of really nice men with REALLY BIG GUNS, that go RAT A TAT TAT will soon surround you! the spike strips in front and back of you embedded in the roadway will go up, to thwart your vehicles escape, and you will have made your re-entry back into the U.S. in the pomp and circumstance style you are accustomed to.

maybe pack your K & N equipped p-car with trailer hitch/trailer w/enough belongings to assure a nice comfortable stay while incarcerated here in the good 'ole u.s.a. or take my advice and contact ICE! reason you should contact ICE first is that you have entered into FEDERAL JURISDICTION. and the FEDS dont give a rats a$$ who yo daddy is, who you know in oregon, or how much money you have! they also dont give a rats A$$ about city/county/or state of oregon laws. as mentioned you have entered a whole new arena.
so contact ICE...........wade thru lots of phone calls/e-mails etc. and you may even have to hire a international lawyer to complete this circus of your own doing.
