2) Cellulosic ethanol is not 20 years away. We have the technology. There are companies in North America and Europe who already produce the fuel. I encourage you to look up the Canadian company "Iogen". They've got some factual information about what cellulosic ethanol is, how it is made and how it is differnet than "corn based ethanol."
3) Manure can be used in the production of cellulosic ethanol... and as you know, we have a $hitload of manure.
