Do the cleaning, repair, mods now and have it ready to sell in April-May.

As far as where to advertise, wait until it is ready to be seen, driven and title transferred. The normal places are Pelican FS and others. In late March (if the snow has melted), put advs in the RMR-PCA newsletter, the local Craigslist and the papers. Give all the shops color flyers.

It appears to be a really nice car with desirable mods.
