Well once agin they show in the begining clip Baltar on his knees holding #6 as the nuke blast takes out all the windows and most likely the whole house on Caprica.
Baltar says of #6; she sheltered me from certain destruction..............I owe her my life.
I've been saying Baltar died at that moment and that he is a clone of some kind or a Cylon. I'm sticking with these two possibilities as open ended as they are.
