horrible work. i would be pissed as hell. i've had shouting matches with platers over their crappy work. very hard to find a good one that doesn't kill your stuff. that would never have left the shop if it were me. always check all the pieces at the shop. they wrap them up real well in paper and lots of tape in hopes of you not wanting to look at them until you're home.
