The Honda was not a consideration... since I wanted a Porsche.
I'm sure an S2000 might come pretty close to my base Boxster, but I'd still rather have the Boxster... because... well, it's a PORSCHE.
Not to dog the Honda, they are great cars, and they'll probably last forever and have few problems. They're also cheaper to fix, and aftermarket goodies are usually more plentiful and also cost less.
