looking favorite, so far.

1> Tomatoe Soup,
Theres a company here called "covent garden" they do some really good homemade type soupes, its a Tomatoe/Basil type thing.

2> Seafood Starter/entree (?)
Thinking somthing with Crabmeat, maybe just in there shells, dress with lemon juice

3> Lobster/Tenderloin sounds good.

4> Strawberries dipped in Milk and Plain Chooclate.

Though, if you want something easy, may I suggest Fondue?

You get almost everything ready beforehand, it's mostly chopping up fruit, vegetables and steak/lobster. Vat of oil, some dipping sauces. Appetizer is a nice cheese fondue (can be done beforehand and just warmed up, get grapes ready beforehand, cut the bread and apple when she comes), nice chocolate fondue (same, get strawberries, pineapples, etc., ready beforehand, just cut bananas when the time comes). In other words, it's the best entertaining dinner, because 95% of the time is spent with the guest since almost everything is done beforehand. And it's pretty easy. Impressive too.....
