How can anyone in business put the oness (sp?) on the customer for their own incompetence? This story just p1$$es me off!! and I don't even do autorestoration. This plater does LOUSY work. You shouldn't have to FIX anything!! You shouldn't have to handle anything no matter how simple!! It should be RIGHT when you get it back!!
