Yes, simply awful.

Seems obvious there is a lawsuit to come out of this and the patient's inquiries about "what happened?" send the hospital into high anxiety. At this point the hospital/doctor's only concern is covering their own asses to limit the liability. They couldn't care less about this woman that has been maimed for life nor her husband and family. What a shame.
