Not entirely true about the snip-snip. Some of the MDs can chime in here, but I'll echo medical advice from a doctor I consulted about this - one of the BIGGEST mistakes guys make is assuming that they're ready to go with no risk right after the operation. It takes a while to "flush out" everything - remember there are BILLIONS of sperm floating around down there and they can live for quite a while in the body. IIRC the clinical procedure is to call a "V" patient back after a couple of weeks and have counts done. Only after three CONSECUTIVE "0" sperm counts do they get the green light.
