salesgenie is a system that gives you access to lots of databases to find clients. For my application it can find things such as recent renters, people with judgements, foreclosures, etc. Think of it as an advanced way to access public records.
Their rep has been greasing us for months but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. You pay per user. Affordable tho.
