There are some things I'd like to do with photos via Photoshop. I used to have to use it for my digital media class, but that was awhile ago, and I'm a little rusty now. I'd like to do something along the lines of a pic like this:
Blurred black/white background with the car clearly in focus...the pic I'd like to use is this one:
