It doesn't matter which way the water swirls or doesn't swirl...I regularily clog the bowl up. That is why my trusty Plunger is easily at hand, so I can remedy the problem.
Also I have come to realize that when I start breaking Toillette seats I need to curb my visits to the local Buffets for awhile.
