For now, some of the first amendment is still intact. People still have the right to say what they want and those listening are free to consider it for what it's worth. Likewise, if someone says something provocative, they can expect others to exercise their right to respond with criticism.
That said, as soon as the second amendment falls, the rest will follow and the elitist ruling class can silence anyone they want.
