17 over, in a neighborhood? Since those mainly are posted at 25mph, the cop was going 42? I say, hang his ass. Speeding in the boonies is one thing. Speeding in a neighborhood isn't excusable.
I'd like to see him sue for stalking. I say, bring it on, dummy.
