Well, people are trying to estimate or guess at what they cannot see from what they can see. I think you should get more real information on the car. If you pay $200 for a PPI and it causes you to reject the car, then you will have paid tuition to learn a little more about the cars.

The early cars are not all that common anymore - esp. an "S".

BUT, the car does look a bit -ah- 'rough' or poorly taken care of, from what we can see. Make everybody list what they don't like! Some of the items in the list on p.5 were nothing in and of themselves (tho they suggest an uncaring owner). The rust we can see is no big deal (YET!).

I will list that the reflectors are cockeyed and the panels seen uneven.

One more time -- get real data. Don't rely on just inferences - either way.
