Its a good video. If you like that, perhaps try to pick up a copy of"Psychocybernetics" a 1960s book by Maxwell Martz...

"The Secret" was shot by an unemployed female Australian
filmaker. She got some minimal financing for it...went for it..
and created a great deal of buzz for the video online at YouTube
and especially on Larry King.

I checked it out a few months ago. I do believe in that principal of visualization...and I know that it
works. Its a healthy excercise for anyone to do...

One thing that "The Secret" left out...which they should have touched on was the importance of Visualization in training our
Subconscious Minds to seek out the path to reach the Goal...

Martz explains it well in Psycho-Cybernetics: Humans act out
of a deeply subconscious level. Visualizing the Goal, Results,
and also the Process really just puts ourselves on that Path...
And, most importantly...if done properly and practiced regularly
and with devotion, this process will begin to condition ourselves
to take the proper actions to reach these visualized successes.

its not just some "reward" that the universe gives to anyone
who imagines the goal... as "The Secret" tries to indicate....
in other words, they made it sound too easy and also without
concrete human/physiological conditioning and responses attached to it (which is what it really is).

Its more about conditioning ourselves deeply to believe in
and seek out the goal via the magnet of our subconscious system.

But as you mentioned if it helps you change/improve...its good!
