Katie . your first prioity should be school, graduating with good grades.that will make EVERYONE happy.
Then.
Katie.
if that car was such a good deal it would have sold long ago when the owner first had it for sale two years ago.
Don,t be dissapointed and don't let this get you down.
the positive side of this thread is that you have a lot of people here who are looking out for your best interest and giving you sound advise, you are very lucky.they recognize your enthusiasm but they also recognize other things.
these are people that own homes, businesses, airplanes and multiple cars and they did't aquire all that by being stupid and foolish.
i think if you put out a request to find you a better car you will have lots to choose from and lots of people willing to help you out.
let,s be honest here.you like the way these cars look but you really don't know much or anything about them YET. learning is half the fun.
if matteo is willing, go there with him or someone that really knows 911s and can point out all the good ,bad and problem areas to look for . that way the next one you find you will know what to look for and what questions to ask.
the other thing is that if you find a car here that has the approval of a lot of members on the board here that could weigh heavy in your favour when you approach your parents. I think in the end they will be prouder of you and you will be prouder of yourself that you took your time, did the right thing, and found the right car.

So c'mon guys lets find Katie a better car.
