You sound like a smart young lady. Owning your own 911 is a huge step for you. Very cool. With your experience and intent to own a classic 911, you deserve a car in better condition. They are out there if you keep looking. Ask the Pelicans to help you locate a cleaner, better car. Don't become an owner (like so many) with ill-gotten cars they can't afford to repair and that have very little resale value.
In my opinion (not worth that much) the car is a bastarized, rusty, probable money pit. Interior, body work and paint, dumping that so-called turbo and cleaning up the motor could easily cost you $20K.
