I think you'd fit a boy's 7. Seriously, if you PM me with actual measurements from a similar jacket you own, I can have our sampler make you one. Natural, twill canvas with blue and red leather stripes OK?
I've been wanting to make these in adult sizes since I sketched them a month ago, so you would make a good test case.
