Rrrright, if you completely ignore her looking distant as he gazes at her. . . . if you completely ignore her lack of happieness in her expression.
Who knows, the camera likely clicked when someone said to her "is that a stain on your dress?"
The bigger point is, that photo was not chosen to support "love overlooking disfigurement". To pretend/claim otherwise is just completely disingenuous.
