Why not? You certainly seem to think you can read everyone else's mind...from the President to anyone who make a post here that disagrees with your parti pris. You only "prefer the positive side" when it is convenient and suits your own agenda and self aggrandizement.
If you do consider yourself "not competent" to make such a judgement here...why did you? I would suggest that notion would also apply to a lot of the statements you make here, but that has not stopped you before.
