Even so, he should NOT be up for parole in 10 years. That's absurd.
He, along with others, PLOTTED to rape and kill a little girl and her family. He wasn't "temporairly insane" or whatever excuse people generally use, he PLOTTED AND PLANNED this.
There should be NO leniency for this type of behavior. Coke pushers spend more time in prison.
He should get the death penalty, nothing less, and expediently.
