I was selling a 2000 Ford F350 a couple years ago with 102K mikes on it. The Transmission went out and I had it completely replaced with modern day parts at a cost of $2,500 Turned right around and sold the truck. I had a potential buyer tell me “they don’t want the truck if the transmission has been replaced.” I told them “Good, go find a truck with 100K miles on and pay to have the transmission replaced yourself." IMO unbelievable, don’t understand why ppl don’t want t car that has had maintenance performed on it…
