Actually they look like real RS flares, and pretty well installed, surprisingly enough. I must be the only one who was surprised by the pictures of this car, in that it is not nearly the POS that was expected. Sure, it's not a Pebble Beach concours winner. But it is not represented or priced as such, either.

I don't think that it would necessarily be a good car for a novice w/ zero tech knowledge or bankroll, but in terms of raw material I have seen a LOT worse. For more $$.

The internet is a wonderful place for free advice, but this thread proves the value of that old axiom of getting what you paid for. Any potential 911 purchase requires a physical exam by a qualified person who knows what they are looking at. Most of the naysayers here have no idea what they are even looking at.
