The crowd at Joliet is decidedly upscale. Considering you have to buy tickets for every race at the track for the year as a package (at $250 a pop for the crappy seats), it's really no surprise. Plenty of drinking, very little misbehaving. Joliet must have at leat 1000 cops walking around and on horseback. Fun and civilized.
